Link a debit or credit card once, then earn automatically when you pay at a participating shop, restaurant, or pump. Nothing to scan, nothing to click at checkout. Only a handful of standalone apps do this in the US, so the list deliberately includes the offer programmes built into bank apps, Chase Offers and Amex Offers among them, because that's where most people meet card-linked cashback. Those are features inside an account you already hold rather than separate signups, and each write-up says so plainly. The white-label firms that sell this technology to banks have no consumer product and aren't listed. Merchant count, how often offers refresh, and how fast the credit lands set the order.
